At Restauco Parts, we ship to all 50 U.S. states. All orders are fulfilled and shipped directly from our network of warehouses across the United States, ensuring fast, reliable delivery.

When will my order be processed?

We process and ship orders Monday through Friday. Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. We do not process or ship on weekends or U.S. holidays. During peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once your order ships, estimated delivery within the continental U.S. is typically 3-7 business days, depending on your location and the item. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed; carrier delays due to weather or peak season are outside our control.

Will my order arrive in one package?

Not always. Orders with multiple items may ship from different warehouses, so they can arrive in separate packages and on different days. You will receive tracking for each shipment.

Which carriers do you use?

We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS, selected based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Oversized or freight items may require additional time, and we will contact you if so. Certain hazardous-materials items (such as batteries and airbags) ship by ground only and may take longer.

Where do you ship?

We ship within the 50 U.S. states and U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands). Shipping times and rates to non-continental destinations may vary, and we will confirm them before your order ships. We do not ship internationally. We ship to physical U.S. addresses; PO Box and APO/FPO deliveries may be limited - please contact us first.

Wrong or undeliverable address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned or lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, you are responsible for the reshipment cost.

Lost, stolen, or undelivered packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, or your package appears lost in transit, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days. We will open an investigation with the carrier and, based on the outcome, arrange a replacement or refund.

How is shipping cost calculated?

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and the item(s) in your order.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. You can also track anytime using the "Track Order" link at the top of our site.
