Returns
We have a 30-day return policy - you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible, the item must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition you received it, in its original packaging with all included components and hardware, along with your receipt or proof of purchase.
How to start a return
Contact us at [email protected] to request a return authorization before sending anything back. Items returned without an authorized return request will not be accepted. We will provide the correct return address once your return is authorized.
Return shipping
If the item is defective, was damaged in transit, or we shipped the wrong part, Restauco covers the return shipping (we will send a prepaid label) and you will receive a full refund or a free replacement, including original shipping. If you change your mind or ordered the wrong part, you are responsible for the return shipping and a 15% restocking fee applies; original shipping is not refunded.
Non-returnable items
For safety and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns of electrical or electronic parts once installed or opened (such as sensors, modules, relays, and control units), parts that have been installed or used, special-order items, and items that carry a core charge.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order on delivery and contact us at [email protected] within 3 days if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can make it right at no cost to you.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we inspect it within 3-4 business days and let you know whether it is approved. If approved, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 10 business days (excluding shipping costs). Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post it.
