ENEOS
ENEOS makes motor oils. At Restauco the ENEOS product on this page today is ENEOS 0W-50 motor oil, part number 3902-300, listed as meeting the API SN service category.
According to the listing, ENEOS oils use a higher quality base oil and a premium additive package. A 0W-50 is a wide-range viscosity oil: the 0W part tells you how it flows when the engine is cold, and the 50 part tells you how thick it stays at operating temperature. It is not the right choice for every engine, so check what your manufacturer calls for.
From the shop: the right oil is the one in your owner's manual. Check both the viscosity and the specification. Many modern engines are designed for thin oils like 0W-20, and some performance and older engines call for thicker oil. Using the wrong viscosity can affect oil pressure, variable valve timing and engine wear. Change the oil filter with the oil, check the drain plug washer and fill to the correct mark on the dipstick, not above it. Dispose of used oil at a recycling center.
If you are not sure which oil your engine needs, send us your year, make, model and engine and we will help you check it.
