Shipping Policy
At Restauco Parts, we ship to all 50 U.S. states and U.S. territories. All orders are fulfilled and shipped directly from our network of authorized U.S.-based warehouses, ensuring fast and reliable delivery to your door.
When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days from the date of purchase. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped. Weekend orders will be processed the next business day.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Ground shipments usually take 3–7 business days depending on your location. In-stock orders typically ship within 24 hours of processing. Oversized shipments may require additional time — you will be contacted prior to shipping for approval.
Which carriers do you use?
We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS depending on the size, weight, and destination of your order. The most appropriate carrier will be selected at the time of fulfillment. Carrier substitutions may be made to reduce shipping costs to the customer.
Do you ship internationally?
We do not ship internationally. We ship within the 50 U.S. states and U.S. territories including Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Shipping times and rates to territories may vary.
VIN Requirement
We strive for 100% accuracy on all orders. To help us achieve this goal, we ask that you include your car's VIN when placing your order. This is a courtesy service to help avoid wrong part orders and returns. We are not responsible for 100% guaranteed fitment.
Backordered or Discontinued Parts
In the unlikely event that a part has been placed on backorder or discontinued, we will do our best to find it for you as quickly as possible.
