From the shop: when a window stops working, find out which part failed before you buy. If you hear the motor run but the glass does not move, the regulator cables or tracks are usually the problem. If you hear nothing, check the fuse, the switch and the wiring in the door jamb first; broken wires in the jamb boot are common. A window that moves slowly may only need its tracks cleaned and lubricated. Replace broken door panel clips as you go.
