ACDelco part # 12685369
The ACDelco 12685369 is the GM Original Equipment exhaust particulate sensor that measures soot downstream of the diesel particulate filter so the control module can confirm the filter is working. A failed sensor sets particulate matter sensor codes, can trigger a check engine light and may put the truck into reduced power until it is replaced. Confirm your engine in the fitment table or with your VIN before ordering, and clear the codes after installation.
